What is constructability?
Also known by the name of buildability, constructability is a project management technique which is implemented for the purpose of reviewing various construction processes right from their start to finish throughout pre-construction phase. Before a project is executed, this technique is used so that various problems can be spotted and taken care of in order to reduce any errors, delay, or overflowing of cost.
What role is played by the constructability review?
Constructability reviews are the ones that are carried out on regular intervals throughout the industry, but results can definitely vary. They are the wide-ranging analysis of all factors that are related to the practicability of the project.
